No one likes doing the same task twice! With templates, you can save your interview questions, email invitations, and reminder emails. Then, you can easily use them again for future jobs.
Firstly, to utilize the Templates on your account, you need to navigate to the “Templates” tab that’s situated on your left navigation bar, above the “Users” tab. Upon clicking this Tab, you will be prompted to the Templates page where you can create or edit 9 different templates.
Question templates: The first and foremost tab is our Question Template, where you can Edit one of our signature templates and save it as a New Template, or Update the already existing Question Template to fit your needs. This will save your questions as a template for a specific job, which in turn, will let you upload ready-made questions with just a single click while creating your future job! Please note that updating an existing template might affect live interviews. You may alternatively save this as a new template.
Kindly note that you can also save a job as a question template by simply clicking on the created job > Edit > Save as Template
Invite Email Template: The second template tab is the Invite Email template which enables you to make a specific template that will show up as an Invitation email when you invite candidates to complete the interview. Excluding the Questions Template tab, with the following templates you can Insert Fields such as the Job Title, Candidate Name and so on to auto-fill your template for every Job with the information designated for that job. Also, you may set your Template to be the default one for every job henceforth.
Invite SMS Template: Same as with the Email Invite Template, you can create a fitting Invitation template to send to your candidates on their phone’s via SMS.
Reminder SMS Template: With this template, you can send out reminders so they won’t forget to complete their interview, which candidates will receive via SMS.
Reminder Email Template: The Reminder Email Template is a bit different from the SMS one, in the sense that you can schedule the Reminder to be sent certain days before your deadline, or after the initial invitation has been sent. The rest of the template body is practically the same.
Thank You Email Template: With this type of template, you can express your gratitude towards the candidates that have participated, uploaded, and completed the one-way interview successfully!
Email Signature Template: Here you are able to write down your unique e-signature and save it as your designated template for future reference.
Reject Candidate Template: The next-to-last email template is for you to send out a polite and heartfelt rejection email to the candidate which isn’t quite the right fit for the position.
Hire Candidate Template: Lastly, your final template is for the candidates that have made it through the interview process and fit your position requirements like a glove!
These candidates deserve attention, and the best way for them to receive the attention they deserve is through a sincere and joyous email stating that they have been selected for the job position!
