You can share a candidate's interview with people outside your team by sending them a direct link to view the video, or you can send an invitation directly to their Email address.
There are 3 simple steps to share a candidate through the Direct Link:
Click on the respective Job
Click on the '3 dots' on a candidate card and select “Share Candidate”
Copy the link by clicking on the “Copy Link” button and share it with the team. This link can be pasted to anyone outside of your account and viewed on a computer, tablet or phone.
If you want to share multiple candidates at the same time, the “Bulk Actions” feature is perfect for your needs! Just by clicking on the “Bulk Actions” button and selecting the boxes of your designated candidates (even the whole column), you can share all of the links at once, or you can share them as an invitation via an email address which will expire after 15 days!
Finally, copy the link and share it with the team. This link can be pasted to anyone outside of your account and viewed on a computer, tablet, or phone.
